Six days for JIC

NUM received a certificate of non-resolution (and therefore the right to strike) of the dispute with JIC Mining Services over incapacity, at the CCMA yesterday. NUM has given JIC six days to sort itself out. Incapacity management is a right enshrined in the Mine Health and Safety Act and is non-negotiable.
