SA workers productive but lowly paid

COSATU welcomes the findings of a survey which reveals that South Africans are as productive as workers in Germany, Brazil, France and the United States. Yet workers’ share in the national income has declined since 1981 up to the present time, while employers’ profits continue to increase.
