Competition Act Amendment welcome
FAWU is elated that the Competition Amendment Bill has been passed by the National Assembly and will soon be signed into law by the President. Company bosses must now think twice before engaging in any cartels or shameless anti-competitive conduct to rob the poor of access to basic foodstuffs.
