Cash withdrawal limit, dolarisation

ZCTU has received with disgust the news that the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe has decided not to remove cash withdrawal limits. ZCTU also says no to US-dolarisation and extension of USA into Zimbabwe. But if they want dolarisation, then the ZCTU is demanding that workers be paid in US dollars.
